Shengshu Technology and Stardust Intelligence Form Strategic Partnership to Advance the Deployment of Embodied World Models

On April 30, Beijing Shengshu Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shengshu Technology”) and Stardust Intelligence (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“Stardust Intelligence”) announced a strategic partnership. The two parties will collaborate on embodied intelligence and world models, accelerating AI from “understanding the world” to “acting in the world.”

Shengshu Technology and Stardust Intelligence Strategic Partnership

The partnership focuses on three key directions:

First, building an intelligent collaboration system centered on both parties’ proprietary general world models and embodied models. The collaboration will focus on layered coordination of cognition and action, driving embodied models to jointly establish a “perception — decision-making — execution” closed loop, enhancing robots’ understanding, reasoning, and generalization capabilities in complex, non-standard scenarios.

Second, establishing a real-world data-driven model evolution mechanism. Leveraging Shengshu Technology’s world model capabilities for massive multimodal heterogeneous data, combined with Stardust Intelligence’s large-scale deployment capabilities in commercial services, home, and industrial scenarios, the two parties will continuously accumulate high-quality embodied interaction and physical trajectory data, forming a real-world data flywheel to drive continuous generalization and capability leaps of the embodied brain in dynamic environments.

Third, promoting vertical scenario deployment and commercialization. The two parties will jointly explore the application pathways of embodied intelligence in retail, service, home, and other scenarios, accelerating the large-scale deployment of frontier technologies in real-world environments.

Shengshu Technology officially launched Motubrain, its World Action Model for the physical world. As the industry’s first model to unify “predicting the world” and “executing actions” in a single architecture, Motubrain can not only “see” but also understand “how to act,” breaking through the data wall limitations of traditional embodied models. Motubrain has demonstrated four core disruptive capabilities: “one brain, multiple capabilities” (handling massive complex tasks), “one brain, multiple embodiments” (cross-embodiment adaptation to various robots), “one brain, end-to-end” (completing ultra-long-horizon tasks in a single inference), and “one brain, foresight” (dynamic decision-making and automatic error correction).

In this partnership and frontier model exploration, Stardust Intelligence, as the world’s only mass-produced tendon-driven AI robot company, provided critical support for Motubrain’s development. Its unique tendon-driven transmission design, mimicking human tendons, achieves kinematic structures highly isomorphic to humans, naturally aligning action distributions with human demonstration data. The rigid-flexible coupling of tendon-drive gives S1 both flexible safety qualities, dexterous manipulation, and agile response capabilities, providing the world model with unique high-quality, zero-latency continuous flexible physical interaction data.

Since its founding, Stardust Intelligence has adhered to a “Design for AI” integrated hardware-software system architecture and a full-stack proprietary R&D approach of “top-tier hardware — leading teleoperation (data) — efficient models.” In 2025, the company launched its proprietary strong-reasoning foundation model Lumo-1 and the dual-system model DuoCore deployed in real retail scenarios nationwide, building a technology system centered on embodied models.

Looking ahead, both parties will build a “model — data — hardware — scenario” commercialization and data dual closed-loop system, starting from “small-loop validation” and progressively advancing to joint R&D and specialized collaboration, continuously driving the integration and deployment of embodied models and world models in the real physical world.
