Simple AI and Shengshu Technology Forge Deep Strategic Partnership to Build a General-Purpose Embodied AI Brain

On April 2, Beijing Simple AI Technology Co., Ltd. (“Simple AI”), a leading general-purpose embodied intelligent robotics company in China, and Beijing Shengshu Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shengshu Technology”), a general-purpose world model company, announced a deep strategic partnership.

The two parties will collaborate deeply around the core direction of “General-Purpose Embodied Intelligence Brain,” focusing on breakthroughs in foundation model architecture evolution, algorithm paradigm innovation, multimodal and embodied data fusion, high-quality data system construction, and integrated hardware-software optimization.

Through deep cross-domain technology integration, the partnership will establish a complete closed loop of “perception — understanding — prediction — action,” accelerating the leap of embodied intelligence from point capabilities to general capabilities, driving scalable deployment in home and service scenarios, and jointly leading the next generation of physical AI.

At the signing ceremony, Wang Jiawei, Chief Scientist of Simple AI, and Tan Hengkai, Head of World Models at Shengshu Technology, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Zhu Jun, Founder of Shengshu Technology, Luo Yihang, CEO of Shengshu Technology, Li Xiaofei, Founder and CEO of Simple AI, and Li Minglei, VP of Technology at Simple AI, witnessed the signing together.

The strategic partnership will unfold across three dimensions: technology integration, scenario deployment, and data collaboration.

On technology integration, leveraging Shengshu Technology’s expertise in multimodal foundation models and world models alongside Simple AI’s capabilities in embodied intelligent model algorithms, scenario data, and robotics hardware-software systems, the two parties will jointly advance model architecture optimization, multimodal data fusion, and edge deployment and inference efficiency.

On scenario deployment, leveraging Simple AI’s engineering experience and deployment capabilities in commercial service and home scenarios, the partnership will coordinate model deployment on edge devices and hardware adaptation, accelerating large-scale application and industrialization.

On data collaboration, both parties will co-build a high-quality bidirectional data flywheel, establishing a “data — model — application” closed loop to continuously enhance the model’s understanding of the real world and scenario adaptability.
